Exonerees have suffered from sub-standard healthcare during their many years of wrongful incarceration. Recent changes in federal law will eliminate or diminish coverage for many exonerees, and make it much harder for others to maintain coverage.

Your donation will fund a health care “surge” over the coming months: outreach to 500+ exonerees to help them make use of the healthcare they have now, while they have it, and to help them maintain coverage in the future.

We are a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt non-profit organization. Your donation is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
